Examining Important Spiritual Issues

The Gospel Exam

What Is The Gospel? Think you know?  Think again...

This simple 5 question test will determine if you really know the Gospel.

Don't be surprised if you get the wrong answer for any or even all of these questions.   Circle the letter that "best" answers the question.  If you believe more than one answer applies, circle more than one letter.

B. All are sinners and spiritually dead but all are still able to receive salvation.

C. All are sinners and spiritually dead and unable to reach out to God to receive salvation, and instead are completely at God's mercy. Sinners must rely on God alone to convert them.

Christ Died For The Ungodly

by Horatius Bonar

The divine testimony concerning man is, that he is a sinner. God bears witness against him, not for him; and testifies that "there is none righteous, no, not one"; that there is "none that doeth good"; none "that understandeth"; none that even seeks after God, and, still more, none that loves Him (Psa. 14:1-3; Rom. 3:10-12). God speaks of man kindly, but severely; as one yearning over a lost child, yet as one who will make no terms with sin, and will "by no means clear the guilty." <continued>

Greetings Pilgrims

Do you have lots of spiritual questions but can't get answers from your local church? Perhaps you get answers but they just don't seem to line up with what the Bible says? Or maybe you are a church leader who is not afraid to think "outside the box" (outside the teaching of your denomination)? Well then, you've come to the right place. Serious truth seeking and discipleship is a major focus of this website.  Feel free to use the Search box at the top left on any page. Use double quotes around your text to search for a phrase.
