The Bible talks about aliens, but not the
kind most people think of. Some folks think that this verse is referring
to aliens or angels or spirit beings of some sort:
Genesis 6:4 - "There were giants in the earth in
those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters
of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of
old, men of renown."
But it is just referring to children of God (Sons Of
God) marrying the unsaved, the heathens (daughters of men).
Heaven will be filled with "aliens" and only aliens. Biblically speaking, an alien is someone whose
true home (eternal home) is
heaven - the next life - not this world. True Christians are pilgrims,
strangers to this world. The unsaved cannot relate to them. Their
customs, desires and habits are foreign, "alien" to the unsaved. Sin is
the favorite custom of the unsaved. Sin is a dread to the saved... though
they still sin, they do not sin habitually and they grieve in their
hearts when they do sin. They long for a future world where there will be
no cursing nor mocking of their God.
Job 19:15 - "They that dwell in mine house, and my
maids, count me for a stranger: I am an alien in their sight."
Psalms 69:8 - "I am become a stranger unto my
brethren, and an
alien unto my mother’s children."
