An Urgent Message

AN URGENT MESSAGE REGARDING –

The question of all questions…

“How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation”

Dear friend:

If you died tonight would you be ready to meet God or would you be among the damned – for all eternity? Are you trusting the eternal destiny of your soul to YOUR good deeds, YOUR goodness (self-righteousness), YOUR religion, or YOUR own efforts? God calls these efforts on our part ‘filthy rags’ (Isaiah 64:6). Or are you trusting in the perfect righteousness of Christ alone? Do you think that God needs or wants your help to save your sin-sick soul? If He did, then why did He leave His throne in heaven and come to earth to offer up Himself as a sacrifice for sin? This He did because you and I and everyone ever born are hell-deserving sinners in desperate need of a Saviour, the only Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved” [Acts 4:12]. “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” [Mark 16:16]. Call upon the Lord Jesus Christ to save you before it is too late. Call upon Him while He may be found (Isaiah 55:6). Make sure that when you leave this world, you will already possess the gift of eternal life.

Where will you be when they are preaching YOUR funeral?

Think about it. You have an eternal soul that will end up in heaven or in hell for all eternity.

ETERNITY! That’s a long time to regret not seeking the Lord. It is a long time to regret the day that you were born.

“Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish” [Luke 13:3]

Christ Died For The Ungodly

by Horatius Bonar

The divine testimony concerning man is, that he is a sinner. God bears witness against him, not for him; and testifies that "there is none righteous, no, not one"; that there is "none that doeth good"; none "that understandeth"; none that even seeks after God, and, still more, none that loves Him (Psa. 14:1-3; Rom. 3:10-12). God speaks of man kindly, but severely; as one yearning over a lost child, yet as one who will make no terms with sin, and will "by no means clear the guilty." <continued>
