Something Worse Than A Global COVID Pandemic

What could possibly be worse than the global COVID pandemic or a global pandemic of any kind for that matter?

The answer is actually very simple:

ETERNITY WITHOUT GOD – IN A PLACE OF ETERNAL PUNISHMENT CALLED HELL.

The Bible says:

“For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” [Matthew 16:26]

“And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.” [Luke 12:4-5]

Should we be surprised that billions of people around the world are filled with fear, fear of dying of a deadly disease or a lethal bioweapon? No. The Bible predicted that a time would come when we would see…

“Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.” [Luke 21:26]

Government corruption, wars, terrorism, racism, rampant crime, child-sacrifice (abortion), child abuse, drug abuse, throw-away marriages, homosexuality, pornography, drunkenness, materialism, cursing, bitterness, lack of modesty, gluttony, gambling, self-gratification and other flagrant violations of God’s laws are only symptoms of the sinfulness of the human race and proof that we need a savior to save us from our sins, a savior who is capable of giving us a new heart. This transforming of our heart, of our way of thinking about sin and holiness, is absolutely necessary in order for us to become fit for eternity in heaven with a holy sin-hating God:

“And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.” [Ezekiel 11:19-20]

In spite of what many false teachers say about how people are basically good, God has a far different opinion of us:

“But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.” [Isaiah 64:6]

Are you ready to meet God?

Many people who think they are ready to meet God, are not at all ready…

“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me” [Matthew 7:22-23]

Are you concerned about going to heaven?

Read the Bible carefully, asking God to show you the truth about how sinful He sees you and about how holy He is…

“Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.” [Numbers 15:31]

Find out why the Lord Jesus Christ left heaven and came to earth to suffer the full fury of the wrath of God. Was it for YOUR sins? If not, then you will indeed be damned because there is no other Saviour and no other payment for your sins that God will accept…

“I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.” [Isaiah 43:11]

“And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.” [1John 4:14]

You and I need a sin-bearer – a Savior – not a religion.

 
We need the “sacrificial Lamb” that Jesus became when He willingly laid down His life so that others could live eternally in Heaven where only saved sinners are allowed… sinners whose sins have been washed away by the blood of Jesus Christ – the Lamb of God.
 

“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” [Acts 4:12]

Jesus is not your Saviour until He has supernaturally converted you…

“Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.” [Matt 18:3]

Cry out to God to have mercy on you, to convert YOU into someone fit for heaven, and to save your lost soul from the wrath to come – before its too late…

“Thus saith the Lord GOD; Repent, and turn yourselves from your idols; and turn away your faces from all your abominations.” [Ezekiel 14:6]
