Will There Be A Pre-Tribulation Rapture?
Will There Be A Pre-Tribulation Rapture?
Introduction:
While I am still on the fence about a “pre-trib” rapture, there are so many signs that we are near the end of time… and running out of time before God pours out His wrath on this world. To me, the greatest sign of God’s coming Judgment on this sin-loving world is the prevalence and acceptance AND the legalization of world-wide child-sacrifice (abortion). That has got to be the most grievous thing to God, when we read and review biblical history regarding God’s judgments on the people of this planet. We see this issue of child sacrifice mentioned by the prophet Jeremiah in this excerpt from chapter 32 of the book of Jeremiah where he mentions “sacrificing sons and daughters to the god Molech”:
30 For the children of Israel and the children of Judah have only done evil before me from their youth: for the children of Israel have only provoked me to anger with the work of their hands, saith the Lord.
31 For this city hath been to me as a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from before my face,
32 Because of all the evil of the children of Israel and of the children of Judah, which they have done to provoke me to anger, they, their kings, their princes, their priests, and their prophets, and the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
33 And they have turned unto me the back, and not the face: though I taught them, rising up early and teaching them, yet they have not hearkened to receive instruction.
34 But they set their abominations in the house, which is called by my name, to defile it.
35 And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.
Sodomy is globally accepted now also and deceptively renamed “gay lifestyle”. Fornication is now globally accepted also. Husbands and wives have been replaced with more moral-sounding names like “domestic partners” and “significant others”, which are simply modern code-words for sodomites and fornicators.
Profanity is now socially accepted by practically everyone as part of “normal” everyday speech. Some folks don’t seem capable of speaking a single sentence without using the “F” word at least once. Using the sacred precious name of Jesus as a curse word is now more socially acceptable than it ever has been in the past 2,000 years.
The Church has become so world-friendly that most churches now preach a false “love gospel” rather than telling sinners to REPENT, they are just told that God loves them – and has a WONDERFUL plan for their life – yet God says something very different in the Bible…
Here are two very often neglected verses in the Bible that most preachers and many evangelists NEVER mention to lost hell-bound sinners these days:
“The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.” Psalm 5:5
“The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.” Psalm 11:5
Bearing false witness (lying) is now standard practice for most of our high level politicians. Elected officials now frequently falsely accuse Christians and patriots of the crimes committed by their accusers. Cheating in elections is now the norm although it is a frequently debunked reality by the criminal-controlled mainstream media that so many people blindly trust as if the world is full of protective angels that would never allow such things to happen.
Nowadays, most children carry a satanic portal to hell in their pockets:
Many of today’s children have their so-called “smart” phones with them all the time, giving them instant access to the most vile people, photos, videos & voices almost instantaneously. Most parents are clueless about the demonic influences on-line that any child can access so easily within seconds in these last days. And by all means, get your kids the fastest 5G smartphone that money can buy, so your children don’t have to wait too long for their favorite Internet poison to be served to them, right in their face, all day long. Don’t be surprised if your kids don’t have your values and if they even start to hate you and your values, because they may be getting their values from the lowest of the low-lifes on the Internet.
Concluding Remarks:
Should Christians even be concerned about WHEN the rapture is or if it precedes a tribulation period? Or should we rather be preoccupied with serving Christ, living holy lives, ministering to others, making disciples and REACHING THE LOST?
Christians living in America and most other “prosperous” countries are preoccupied with themselves and think that they have done their duty by sending missionaries overseas to poorer countries. I believe THAT is a big reason why these prosperous countries are such a mess nowadays. We Christians have done very poorly at evangelizing the people in our own countries. We think a tithe or other church donation is sufficient “effort” on our part to reach the lost. When in fact, every true disciple of Christ is to be a messenger of the Gospel, at least to a far greater extent than we are seeing these days. By neglecting the “Great Commission” we are actually participating in the decline of society. So, we (the corporate Church) actually have OURSELVES to blame for the mess the world is in. Instead of giving our time and money to the furtherance of the Gospel, we are throwing God a few crumbs and keeping the rest (of our time and money) for ourselves… for fancy cars, the latest iPhone, wide screen TVs or other fancy tech devices, our custom homes, our hobbies, our stomachs and our bank accounts. — RM Kane
As Christians, we need to ask ourselves if we are being like the wise or like the foolish virgins mentioned in this parable told by the Lord Jesus Christ:
“1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.” Matthew 25:1-13
Dear brother or sister in Christ, are you working at being like the wise virgins or are you thinking it doesn’t matter much how you live your life once God saves your soul? Are you comparing yourself with other “lukewarm” Christians in order to feel comfortable neglecting your Christian duties to redeem the time and to minister to a lost and dying world? If you were to honestly and seriously take inventory regarding how you spend the time and money that God has given you in this life, is your giving directed more towards the work of God on earth or is it more self-focused? When you die, do you think God will say “Well done, thou good and faithful servant.” or will he rather say “Why was I and my Church so low on your priority list? And why did so much of your time, energy and money get directed towards pleasing yourself and increasing your own comfort in life, while there were people all around you in need and who were dying lost without Christ, while you collected your expensive toys and built yourself an empire of worldly possessions that could have helped Christian missionaries and Christian ministries to spread the soul-saving gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ? This is a most serious matter in the lives of God’s people as God made very clear in Revelation 3:16:
“So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.”
