Why do I hand out these Christian leaflets?

 
1. Because heaven is by Invitation only! And THIS is YOUR invitation – the enclosed Christian leaflet – perhaps one of many invitations that you may have already received in your lifetime.
 
2. You will know that you are headed for heaven when YOU care about the eternal souls of others enough to share this message with others, even knowing that others might not like the message or may not like YOU for sharing the message with them. You will know that you are headed for heaven when you would rather please God who commands his children to share this message (the Gospel of Jesus Christ) with spiritually lost sinners who may not want to hear about God or and who don’t want to hear about how He views them as hell-deserving sinners.
 
3. Do not expect God to invite you with open arms into His eternal kingdom (heaven) if you harbor any resentment towards anyone who wants to share the soul-saving message of salvation through what God’s only-begotten Son Jesus did: by sacrificing His life on a cruel Roman cross as – payment in full – to buy pardons for sinners who don’t even want to hear about him and who harbor resentment towards His messengers.
 
4. Something to keep in mind as you mull over this message… something the Lord Jesus Christ said 2,000 years ago:
 
“For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it.  For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.” Mark 8:35-38
 
5. Please don’t ignore this message, lest you find yourself regretting the day that you were born for all eternity in a place that Jesus described this way:
 
“The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.” Matthew 13:41-42.
 
My desire for YOU is that YOU will have ears to hear, because I care about your eternal soul.. Please seriously consider reading the Bible for yourself, asking God to reveal the truth about Himself and the truth about your own spiritual condition to YOU – before it is eternally too late. People demonstrate that they are NOT ready for heaven when they react badly to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, that I am sharing with you now and that myself or others may have attempted to share with you in the past. Ignoring God’s messengers will make things go very badly for you on Judgment Day and I don’t wish that for you or for anyone.
